Revocation right for consumers
These conditions govern purchases made on the web-site https://www.shoppitars.it/en/, in accordance with Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No 206 of 6 September 2005, the Consumer Code, Section II of Chapter 1 of the third title of the third part, to which you are referred as laid down in Article 60 of the Consumer Code.
In case of purchase of products or services via Pitars the User has the right to terminate the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – takes physical possession of the products.In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform Pitars with a clear declaration by Email or by sending a registered letter with confirmation of receipt to our headquarters.
If the client has in the meantime received the goods, he shall arrange for their immediate return within 14 days with effect from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products.
Users who correctly withdraw from a contract will be reimbursed for all payments made to the Owner, including those covering the cost of delivery. Reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event the User shall not incur any additional costs as a result of such reimbursement.
The reimbursement may be withheld until reception of the goods, or until the User has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
The User is solely liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the User.
How and where to ship the goods
You can choose the shipping method most comfortable for you, but make sure the goods are in a safe packaging.

How long do I have to ship the goods
You must return or transfer the products to us at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products.
As soon as we receive the goods back, we will immediately activate the refund procedures. The refund time will depend on the paying method you used to purchase but in any case will be completed within 14 days.
